DEHSCOFIX® Superplasticisers

DEHSCOFIX® superplasticisers are based on Sodium and Calcium salts of Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde (NSF) condensate and are primarily used as superplasticisers for masonry mortar application.

While maintaining the desired consistency, DEHSCOFIX® superplasticisers significantly reduces the water demand of a concrete mix, hence improving workability and compressive strength.

DEHSCOFIX® WL660 Specialty Defoamer

PCE superplasticisers pull an excess of air into the concrete slurry and therefore require defoaming additives. DEHSCOFIX® WL660 is a speciality defoamer for use in conjunction with PCE superplasticizers for concrete.

Unlike many conventional defoamers DEHSCOFIX® WL660 is compatible with PCE solution and can be mixed with PCE in advance to give a crystal clear, isotropic solution with a long shelf life (6 months at 40°C). This eliminates the cost of separate tanks to store the PCE superplasticizer solution and the defoamer.

DEHSCOFIX® CO emulsifiers

DEHSCOFIX® CO range of vegetable oil based formulations prevent the adhesion between fresh concrete and the mould or formwork made by plywood, steel or aluminium and enhance surface finishing of concrete. DEHSCOFIX® CO products provides excellent stability of the emulsion and cover a broad range of Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance (HLB) values for all formulations.
