Procedure
- 1 Add Carbomer to the water, mix well until fully hydrated. Add remaining Phase A ingredients one at a time. Ensure uniformity before each addition.
- 2 Add Phase B ingredients individually.
- 3 Add Phase C ingredients. Mix until uniform.
