Procedure

1 Under mixing add Phase A one by one. Premix glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose & guar and add with mixing. Begin heating to 80-85°C.
2 At 80-85C, add phase B one by one. Mix until melted and uniform. Once uniform, homogenize at 3500 rpm for 3-5 minutes.
3 Begin cooling. At 40-45C, add phase C one by one.
4 Cool to 25C. QS to complete the batch.
