Application: Apply a generous amount of Shield & Hydrate SPF28 sunscreen to clean, dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure, reapplying every 2 hours or after sweating or swimming.

Procedure
- 1 Without mixing, sprinkle Carbopol into the main batch. Wait until it fully hydrated then begin mixin
- 2 Premix A-1 and add to phase A with mixing and heat to 75-85°C
- 3 Combine phase B in a separate beaker and heat to 75-85°C under stirring
- 4 Once both phases reach 75-85°C, slowly add phase B to A under mixing
- 5 Cool to 45-50°C, add phase C one by one into the main batch
- 6 Adjust pH to 6.0-7.0 with phase D
- 7 Homogenize at 3000rpm for 3-5 minutes
