Procedure
- 1 Under mixing add Phase A materials one by one. Heat to 70-75C
- 2 Once Phase A solution is uniform, cool the contents to 60-65C. Add the Premix of Phase B to Phase A and cool to 40-45C
- 3 Add Phase C materials one by one and mix until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
- 4 Adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.8 by adding phase D slowly.
