Procedure
- 1 Combine Phase A by adding one ingredient at a time with mixing.
- 2 Premix Phase B and add to batch. Mix until the gum is fully hydrated.
- 3 Add Phase C one at a time with mixing, until each ingredient fully dissolves or uniform.
- 4 Adjust pH with Phase D to pH range 5.9- 6.1
