Procedure

1 Combine Phase A, hydrate Guar gum fully. Heat to 75-80˚C.
2 Add Phase B, maintain temperature 75-80˚C, until fully melted and uniform.
3 Combine and heat Phase C to 75-80˚C. Add Phase C to Phase A/B.
4 Homogenize until smooth and uniform.
5 Add Phase D. Cool to 35-40oC with mixing.
6 Add Phase E one at a time.
7 Adjust pH with Phase F to 5.0-5.5 and cool batch.
