Procedure

1 Combine Phase A, disperse Polyquaternium-10 with mixing. Mix until fully hydrated.
2 Add Phase B one at a time. Heat to 80-85oC.
3 Once Phase B reaches temperature, add Phase C to the batch and maintain 80-85oC until everything melted and is uniform.
4 Cool batch to 35-40oC.
5 Premix Phase D and add to batch.
6 Add Phase E and Phase F one at a time.
