Procedure

1 Combine Phase A at room temperature until uniform. Heat phase A to 85 - 90°C.
2 Add Phase B ingredients one at a time until fully mixed, dissolved and uniform, maintaining the temperature at 75 - 80°C.
3 Cool the batch to 40°C.
4 Adjust the pH of the batch as required to 5.5 - 6.0 with citric acid.
5 Add Phase D ingredients one at a time. Cool to room temperature. Readjust pH if required.
