Procedure

1 Weigh in Glycerin and add Xanthan Gum while stirring, add Water and remaining parts.
2 Weigh in all raw materials from phase B under stirring and heat up to 75°C until homogeneous.
3 Add phase B to A while stirring and homogenize for 30 seconds at 7000 rpm.
4 Cool down to 40°C, adjust the pH to 5.2 and add pha se D and E.
5 As last step, add BergaCare SmartLipids Ceramide (phase F) to the finished emulsion.
