Procedure
- 1 Premix A-1 and add to phase A with mixing and heat to 75-85°C
- 2 Combine phase B in a separate beaker and heat to 75-85°C under stirring
- 3 Once both phases reach 75-85°C, slowly add phase B to A under mixing
- 4 Cool to 45-50°C, add phase C,D and E one by one into the main batch
- 5 Homogenize at 3000rpm for 3-5 minutes
