Procedure

1 Combine Phase A. Protamer PE-2 should be added gradually. Hydrate to uniformity and then heat to 85˚C
2 Combine Phase B, Heat to 85˚C.
3 Add Phase B to Phase A at 85˚C. Homogenize.
4 Add Phase C. Cool to 40C.
5 Add Phase D one at a time.
6 Add Phase E to adjust pH of batch to 6.2-6.7. Cool batch.
