Condition and hydrate all hair types with this simple mask. A combination of Sunflower, Orange Peel and Carnauba wax structure the mask whilst coconut oil helps to nourish the hair.

Procedure
- 1 In a suitably-sized main kettle, weigh Phase A and begin propeller mixing/heating to 85-90ºC.
- 2 In a separate container, pre-blend phase Phase B until uniform. Slowly add to main kettle while propeller mixing.
- 3 In a suitably-sized side kettle, weigh Phase C and mix/heat to 85-90ºC.
- 4 When both kettles are uniform and at temperature, slowly add side kettle to main kettle while propeller mixing. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes.
- 5 Homogenize at temperature for 1 minute/100g final batch size. Then, remove heat and switch to side-sweep mixing.
- 6 In a separate container, pre-blend Phase D until uniform.
- 7 With side-sweep mixing, cool main kettle to <50ºC. Then, slowly add Phases D and E. Ensure each Phase is completely dispersed prior to adding the next.
- 8 If needed, adjust pH with ingredients listed in Phase F. Disperse additions with side-sweep mixing.
- 9 When batch is in spec, cool to room temperature. If needed, homogenize for an additional 15-30 seconds/100g final batch size. Drop batch into appropriate containers for storage.
