Procedure
- 1 Without mixing, sprinkle Carbopol into the main batch. Wait until it fully hydrated then begin mixing
- 2 Premix A-1 and add to phase A with mixing and heat to 75-85°C
- 3 At 75-85°C, add phase B into phase A one by one
- 4 Combine phase C in a separate beaker and heat to 75-85C
- 5 Add phase C to A/B under mixing. Cool to 40-45°C
- 6 Add phase D and E to the main batch and adjust pH to 5.5-7.0 with phase F
