Everything Everywhere All At Once Deodorizing Body Cream

Formulated with GreenGard™ DEO, a 100% natural antimicrobial mixture that is optimized for use in deodorant applications. This product is a blend of middle chain acyl lactylate combined with Triethyl Citrate specifically targeting bacteria causing malodor. The addition of sage oil exhibits anti-inflammatory and astringent activity.

Procedure

1 In a clean and sanitized main mixing vessel, weigh out water and begin propeller mixing.
2 Pre-blend remaining Phase A ingredients into a slurry and slowly add to water while heating batch to 50º-55ºC.
3 In a separate side vessel, pre-blend Phase B ingredients and warm to 50º-55ºC, until fully melted and uniform.
4 Once both phases are at the proper temperature add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform.
5 Allow batch to mix for 10-15 minutes until uniform. Switch to a homogenizer and mix for an additional 1 minute.
6 Remove batch from homogenizer and begin to cool batch using a sweep blade.
7 Once batch reaches 45º-50ºC add Phase C ingredients in batch card order, mix until uniform.
8 Remove a portion of the batch to evaluate pH, should be within the established range (5.0-5.5) - adjust as necessary.
9 Once batch is in spec, give one final pass through homogenizer then continue to cool to room temperature and fill.
