Procedure
- 1 Combine Phase A ingredients, mix until carbomer is fully hydrated.
- 2 Add Phase B one at a time. Batch will thicken with addition of Aminomethyl Propanol. Slow mixing speed to avoid aeration.
- 3 Add Phase C ingredients one at a time, mix until uniform.
- 4 Adjust pH with Phase D to 5.5-6.0
