Procedure
- 1 Add water and Aloe Vera 10:1 Decolorized to main beaker with propeller mixing. Sprinkle carbomer in and allow to hydrate. Begin heating to 70C. At 60C, pre-mix glycerin and xanthan gum and add to main beaker.
- 2 Combine Phase B in separate beaker and begin heating to 70C. Once both reach temperature, add Phase B into Phase A and hold for 5 minutes. Homogenize at 3500 rpm for 30s/100g. Begin cooling with rapid side sweep mixing.
- 3 Add Phase C under 40C. Adjust pH with 25% NaOH.
