Procedure
- 1 Prepare phase A and heat up to 75° C.
- 2 Mix all raw materials from phase B and heat to 75° C until homogenous.
- 3 Then add both butters of phase B1 to phase B and stir until all materials are molten.
- 4 Add phase B/B1 to A while stirring and homogenise for 30 seconds at 7000 rpm.
- 5 Cool to below 40° C, adjust pH and add phase D while stirring. Continue stirring until formulation is homogenous.
