Procedure
- 1 Add phase A to beaker and heat to 50°C whilst stirring until the Vida-Care™ HEC is completely dispersed.
- 2 Once dispersed, continue heating phase A to 70°C.
- 3 Combine phase B and heat to 70°C.
- 4 Add phase B to phase A under homogenisation until emulsion is formed.
- 5 Cool to 40°C and add phase C under stirring.
- 6 Add phase D.
- 7 pH adjust to between pH 5.5-5.8.
