Procedure
- 1 Combine Phase A adding each ingredient one at a time.
- 2 Premix Phase B and add to Phase A. Homogenize the phase to ensure full hydration. Heat to 90 ˚C.
- 3 Combine Phase C. Heat to 90˚C
- 4 Add Phase C to Phase A/B when both are at 90˚C
- 5 Homogenize the batch to uniformity. Cool the batch to 40˚C with mixing.
- 6 Add Phase D. Cool batch to 30˚C.
