Procedure
- 1 Under mixing add Biopure GLDA and Galguard CG. Heat to 80-85oC.
- 2 Once at 80-85°C Premix Keltrol CG-V and glycerin and add to the main batch.
- 3 In a separate beaker, combine Phase B. Heat to 80-85oC.
- 4 Once Phase B reaches temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. Homogenize at 3500 rpm for 3-5 minutes.
- 5 After homogenization, mix the batch. Add Phase C at 65-70oC. Then cool to 35-40oC.
- 6 Add Phase D one by one under mixing.
- 7 Adjust pH with Phase E between 5.00-5.50.
