Aqua Burst Cream

This smooth gel cream moisturizer provides a refreshing burst of water on application and a residual light, smooth feel after application. The combination of cyclic-free and PEG-free water-in-silicone emulsifiers Emulsil® 610 and Emulsil® 710 allows for a large internal water phase which is released when the cream is rubbed into the skin.

Procedure

1 Combine phase A and phase B separately (in stainless steel or plastic vessels) then add phase B to phase A with adequate agitation. No heating is required.
