ECCtreme™ ECA perfluoroplastic resins are engineered to withstand extreme applications which require properties that go beyond those of typical fluoroplastics. The development of this products comes as a response from an industrial desire for products which require high-temperature fluoroplastic resins for wires and cabling. ECCtreme™ ECA materials also have end use applications within extruding tubing, compression and injection moulded parts.
JEFFOX® range are primarily used as an effective water soluble defoamer for concrete, also in metalworking applications as an excellent lubricant under high pressure suitable for formulating into metalworking fluids. JEFFOX® can be used as a lubricant on its own or as an additive in water-based metalworking fluids.
We offer environmentally-aware solvent systems for industrial cleaning applications under our RESIN KLEEN™ range. These products have high solvency, low VOC and are readily biodegradable, offering a great alternative to conventional and harmful solvents such as methylene chloride and acetone.
ROKOlub® series synthetic base stocks produced by the PCC Group are high-performance lubricants based on Polyalkylene glycols (PAG), which provide excellent lubrication for gears, bearings and circulation lubrication systems which work at temperatures mineral oils are unable to cope with. They are resistant to shear, highly resistant to thermal degradation, oxidation and the formation of sludge and deposits. ROKOlub® oil bases have the very high Viscosity Index of > 180, do not contain paraffins and have the very low pour point. Their use is recommended for use in the manufacture of plastics, bearings for paper machines, compressors and gears.
Struktol range of release agents and lubricants are modified silicones that are outstanding release agents and lubricants for a wide range of applications. Silicone mould release agents improve the surface of finished products even at low concentrations of the active substance.
Zonyl™ MP fluoroadditives are white, free-flowing PTFE powders designed for use as additives in other materials or systems. They differ from Teflon™ PTFE fine powders because of the very small particle size, typically in the range of 2 to 20 µm, low molecular weight and the way they are handled and processed. Zonyl™ MP fluoroadditives can provide non-stick properties, improved lubricity, better wear resistance and reinforcing properties.
