In general, allow 4 - 6 weeks from confirmation of order. However, some material can be sourced more quickly; our account managers can advise on a product-by-product basis.
We will offer technical and formulation advice wherever possible. All members of our sales team are trained chemists with a wide range of specialisms – it may be a different member of our team who supports you if the application requires it. Please note, this is only advice as Alfa Chemicals accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or delays based on advice given by our team.
Yes, when you place your first order we can offer a credit facility. Simply fill in a form and we’ll let you know your credit limit, subject to approval.
Yes, we can offer this facility. Our recommendation is to place forward orders and our procurement team will organise the stock to come in at the correct time. A formal stocking agreement can also written if this is preferable.
Almost all of our products are fully REACh registered, however please check in advance if you plan on bringing large quantities into the UK so we can confirm the registration for you.
The majority of products come from within Europe, however, we have also have deliveries from Canada and the USA.
We have a warehouse in Malmo, Sweden alongside several UK sites.

Yes, we have the option to deliver in drums or IBCs, however, please check with your account manager for confirmation.
We try to carry stock to cover most of our customer requirements, however, please contact us for specific lead times.
