Clearlink® 1000

Colourless liquid with a low reactivity. Provides latitude for cure-rate control, extends pot life without altering formulation colour and is compatible with a variety of polyols, co-curativs and other polyurethane/polyurea chemicals. Extremely UV-stable; can withstand harsh environments.

Unilink® 1030

Used in polyurethane elastomers, leaves no residue due to the diol solvent reacting into the polyurethane and in turn provides an extended open time. The gelling reaction is very selective, which generates very low blow/water reactivity and low colour which makes it very suitable for applications in colour-critical formulations.

Unilink® 2200

Polyurethane gelling catalyst designed for filled and unfilled MDI-based elastomers, exhibits excellent gel-time stability when blended a polyol.

Suitable for formulations containing low levels of secondary alcohols; should not be used with non-ethyleneoxide-capped polypropyleneglycol polyols or similar formulations.

Unilink® 2210

Water-stable catalyst blends containing proprietary titanium chelates in reactive diluents, used to replace mercury-catalysts as they have a delayed cure profile similar to mercury catalysts. Gelling catalysts designed for filled and unfilled MDI-based elastomer formulations and they offer excellent gel-time stability when blended with certain polyols.

Unilink® 4200

Recommended for flexible slabstock foams (especially for HR,CMHR and polyester), reduces foam density, improves hardness and load bearing properties. Also used in cold moulded foams, providng reduced foam density, improved IFD (harder TDI foams, softer MDI foams), increased tensile, tear and elongation and improved flow. Improves dimensional stability.
