Teflon™ FEP resins are often used within the manufacturing of cables, tubing and piping which require excellent chemical and stress resistance, along with many other characteristics offered by PTFE products. They have a melt viscosity low enough to be processed by extrusion (conventional and melt) and by compression, transfer and injection or blow molding processes.

Teflon™ FEP 106 X

High productivity grade, used in multiple applications. Designed for the extrusion of thin wall, small diameter wire coating or within the production of intricate parts by injection moulding. Can be extruded at higher extrusion line speeds than the general grade, providing products with excellent dielectric properties, heat, chemical and weather resistance, non-stick characteristics and low flammability.

Teflon™ FEP 9495

Melt-processible fluoroplastic resin used to improve processing rates within the production of small diameter, thin wall wire and cable insulations due to its high melt strength and thermal stability . Provides properties commonly associated with fluoropolymers such as chemical inertness, exceptional dielectric properties, non-stick characteristics, increased toughness and flexibility.

Teflon™ FEP CJ 95

Used in applications which demand a high degree of stress crack resistance. Provides excellent dielectric properties, excellent heat, chemical and weather resistance, non-stick characteristics, low flammability, very good toughness and flexibility. Offers higher processing speeds compared to many other FEP grades with similar high levels of stress due to being an intermediate molecular weight resin.
