JEFFCAT® DMAPA

Used in many polyurethane foam (PUR) and flexible slabstock and HR moulded foam applications. Other uses include surfactant preparation, corrosion inhibitors, ash-free lubricant additives, producing electrophoretic coatings, clothing anti-static preparations.

JEFFCAT® LED-103

Reactive type blowing catalyst that offers improved material handling, low-corrosion and phase stability in fully formulated B-sides. Provides lower force-to-crush and improved physical properties in flexible moulded foams, whereas in automotive applications foams made using this catalyst display low vinyl staining, low fogging and lower emissions.

JEFFCAT® LE-210

Can be incorporated into the foam matrix due to its reactive nature, thereby reducing foam emissions. Can be used to make foams of low and high density ranges, recommended for a wide variety of polyurethane flexible slab stock grades.

JEFFCAT® LE-310

Exhibits broad processing latitude and has successfully made both high and low density foam grades using both liquid carbon dioxide and conventional foam processing techniques.

JEFFCAT® LE-425

Formulated, low emission, balanced catalyst which consists of reactive blowing and gelling amine catalysts. Can be incorporated in the foam matrix to reduce foam emissions and is recommended for a wide variety of polyurethane flexible slabstock foam grades.

JEFFCAT® MDEA

Used as a gas-treating agent, textile softener, pH control, epoxy curing agent and urethane catalyst. Also has applications in the construction markets as a quality improver and accelerator in cement.
