Getting the right product to the right people is a fundamental part of our business

On time, in full, safely. That’s our aim. Our logistics team has a full time customer service function dedicated to monitoring the progress of customer orders, adapting to changes from customers and suppliers, avoiding and resolving issues, and keeping everyone fully informed.

Stocking Policy

We hold stock of a wide range of regularly sold ingredients at our UK warehouses. Non-stock items are brought in to order, and lead times vary depending on the manufacturer. To help reduce lead times for non-stock items we can arrange to hold stock of customer specific materials, provided that the demand is covered by a call-off order.


As well as our own warehouse in Reading, we use specialist warehouse companies throughout the UK. We choose warehouse partners based on criteria defined by Good Distribution Practice and our partners must meet our strict quality standards, as well as be able to understand the needs of our customers. Our warehouses are regularly audited by our customers. They have experience and approval for handling hazardous and restricted chemicals and can offer temperature controlled storage where required.

Freight Partners

We use specialist chemical freight companies that have experience in handling hazardous materials. We ensure that our partners have experience importing from and exporting to countries around the world, and can offer temperature controlled transport where required.
