One key benefit of Adesilnat is the regulation of sebum production for skin and hair. In hair care, Adesilnat regulates the lipid production resulting in a reduction of greasy hair and residue formation. It also helps to reduce the regulation of keratinocytes hyperproliferation which is responsible for cell piles and dandruff. Despite decreasing sebum in the scalp, a clinical study revealed a 33% increase in scalp hydration.
For skin, the same mode of action of regulating lipid production and keratinocytes hyperproliferation, leads to a reduction in pore clogging and inflammation. This in turn has a reduction in the formation of acne and promotes an overall mattifying effect.
Multiple studies conducted by Exsymol revealed Adesilnat's ability to growth hair. One study in particular showed Adesilnat preventing 5,800 hairs from shedding (the equivalent of 2 months loss) compared to the placebo which prevented 3000 hairs from falling out.
