This range of popular fatty acid derivatives includes esters, fatty amines and stearates for a broad range of personal care applications. The grades available are:
- Natural medium-spreading emollient
- Available in a coconut based version
- INCI: Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride
- Used as a texture enhancer to improve spreadability
- Improves the penetration of actives into the skin
- INCI: Isopropyl Myristate
- Emollient with excellent UV and pigment dispersion properties
- Also used as a texture and spreadability enhancer
- INCI: Isopropyl Palmitate
- Natural o/w co-emulsifier
- Can also be used as viscosity enhancer or stabilising agent in w/o emulsions
- INCI: Glyceryl Stearate
- Non-ionic surface agent with emulsifying properties
- Also used as a solubiliser to disperse oils into a water based formulation and have a clear end result
- INCI: PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate
- Emollient ester with a rich and creamy but non-greasy feel
- Reduces greasiness and tackiness whilst lightening heavy oils
- INCI: Isononyl Isononanoate
- Emollient ester used to improve feel and disperse sun filters
- Provides a dry-touch feel
- INCI: C12-C15 Alkyl Benzoate
- Naturally-derived, biodegradable replacement for cyclic silicones
- Used as a texture and sensory enhancer
- INCI: Coco Caprylate-Caprate
