High containment facility

Alfa’s custom synthesis partners have the capability to handle cytotoxic materials in high containment facilities. Production capabilities include:

  • Production of HAPI in glove-box containment technology:
  • Small scale High containment : 100 g to 5 kgs per batch for class 5 level (OEL : 1 - 0.1 µg/m3 per shift)
  • Large scale High containment: 5Kg to 50kg per batch for class 5 level (OEL : 1 - 0.1 µg/m3 per shift)
  • Ton scale containment : 50Kg to 250kg per batch for class 4 level (OEL : 10 – 1 µg/m3 per shift)
  • 25 years experience in HAPI
  • Low temperature (-100°C)
  • SHE compliance :
  • Product, environmental & employees protection
  • Hepafilter, air flow control, α/β drums for transfers
  • SHE inspected
  • cGMP (ICHQ7A) compliance
  • FDA approved
  • cGMP certified
