Mitsubishi-Kagaku Sucrose Esters

These food grade emulsifiers are very versatile as a wide range of HLBs are available. Of totally natural origin these are good choices for natural and organic formulations. As well as forming emulsions Sucrose Esters can be used to make clear oily gels which wash off easily.
