Stepanpol® PC-130-01 & Stepanpol® PC-160-01 are polyester polyols primarily used in concrete primers where Stepanpols® show excellent attributes for bonding with good hydrolysis resistance and weatherability and good adhesion to many substrates.  Stepan have carried out extensive testing on Stepanpol® PC-130-01 & Stepanpol® PC-160-01 and can show:

• 2K primers formulated with Stepanpol® demonstrate better mechanical properties & higher bond strength than with commercial standards available on the market.
• How working time & tack-free time can be controlled by isocyanate selection.

Reactive hot melts with very fast setting properties can be made with Stepanpol® PC-020-01. Open-time is shortened, melt viscosity is lower and initial bond strength is increased.
