Sunflower wax is the solution to your formulation needs and also has the advantage of deriving from a virtually unlimited and sustainable feedstock, a by-product of sunflower oil manufacturing.

Koster Keunen have perfected the art of refining this wax into a light coloured, easy to use product which has many advantages over traditional waxes such as beeswax.
Sunflower wax has a very predictable gelling power in most oils and can gel most oils at a low concentration. In fact it has the highest gelling power of any natural wax! In addition this wax is now completely affordable for all formulations thanks to the new efficient refining process and increasing popularity of sunflower oil in the world.
