High pressure reactions up to 50 bar

Alfa’s custom synthesis partners have the capability to carry out high temperature reactions up to a pressure of 50 bar. Production capabilities include:

Pilot scale reactor 200 litres up to 25 bars (stainless steel)
Industrial scale reactor 10,000 litres up to 6 bars (stanless steel)
Industrial scale reactor 4,000 litres up to 6 bars (glass lined)
Industrial scale reactor 6,000 litres up to 10 bars (stainless steel)
Industrial scale reactor 2,000 litres up to 50 bars (stainless steel)
Temperature range -25°C to +200°C
Pressure up to 50 bars
Hydrogenation (total industrial production capacity : 22,000 litres)
