NOVINOX®

Novinox from SNCZ is a range of high performance cost effective anticorrosive pigments offered to the paint and coatings industry.  Novinox range includes activated phosphates, alkaline earth phosphates and polyphosphates.

If you’re looking for a non-toxic, label-free, zinc phosphate pigment alternative try NOVINOX® ACE 20, which is new to the Novinox range and is a modified zinc phosphate that is more environmentally friendly!

NOVINOX® ACE20 >90% Zinc Phosphate, non-hazardous due to patented technology A new modified zinc phosphate that’s more environmentally friendly! The product utilises a new technology that suppresses the toxicity of zinc.

Contains no free ZnO.

The patented technology used to modify the zinc phosphate has resulted in the Novinox ACE 20 requiring no labelling in accordance with 1999/45/EC directives.

No R50/53 classification.

No transport labelling.

No storage limitations or restrictions.

NOVINOX® PAM Magnesium Aluminium Polyphosphate Zinc free white micronised powder, non-toxic.

Contains no soluble salts which might have a detrimental effect on the anticorrosive performance.

Compatible with polyester melamine and polyurethane coil coatings.

Gives the same salt spray performance as strontium chromate on hot dipped galvanised steel. 		 
NOVINOX® PAT30 Alkaline earth phosphate White micronised powder, non-toxic.

Contains no soluble salts which might have a detrimental effect on the anticorrosive performance.

Gives the same salt spray performance as a standard zinc phosphate in solvent borne alkyds.

Does not bring about the N labelling of a paint formula.
