10/29/2009 4:50:37 PM

Lessonia’s MicroZest 25 range of 100% natural plant powders have been expertly micronised to produce effective natural colouring pigments and can be easily dispersed throughout any kind of formulation (pressed or loose powders, lipsticks, balms, glosses and oil-based products) and are perfectly adapted to emulsions.

The latest additions to this range are two pink pigments:
MicroZest 25 Anthocyan Pink is a 100% natural pigment manufactured from the skin of red grapes. A distinctive deep pink powder with some purple tones, it is ideal for a large variety of cosmetic and make-up products such as lipsticks, lip balms, gloss, press and loose powders.
MicroZest 25 Red Quinoa is a bright pink powder manufactured from the bran of the Red Quinoa. This is an ancient variety organically grown on small family plots on the Andean Plateau in Bolivia. Although traditionally only recognised for its nourishing properties, Quinoa has recently been given the attention it deserves by modern phyto-cosmetics for its excellent chemical characteristics. In cosmetics, Quinoa is often used for skincare applciations: it is an excellent anti-oxidant, emollient, softener and moisturiser.
